It's always good to see your smiling face whenever you post!<br /><br />As far as hamburger hash, I usually just wing it substituting ground turkey. Usually browned, drained ground turkey, finely diced potatoes and onions, carrots, drained chopped tomatoes, some type of cheese and herbs/seasonings of choice. I then top or wrap with strips of crescent roll dough brushed lightly with egg white and baked for an additional 15 min or so at 350.
